Child Safety & CSAE Policy

Overview
ThinkBiz (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to the safety and protection of all minors. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material on our platform.
The ThinkBiz app is a professional conference and networking platform designed for university students (18+) and young professionals. Our app is not directed at children under the age of 17.
Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited on all ThinkBiz platforms:
- Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
- Sexually explicit or suggestive content involving minors
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Solicitation or grooming behavior directed at minors
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)
Age Requirement
- Users must be at least 17 years old to create an account and use the ThinkBiz app
- Our onboarding process is designed for university students and professionals
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are suspected of belonging to underage individuals
Content Moderation
ThinkBiz employs the following measures to ensure platform safety:
- User-generated content review: Stories/Moments and profile content are subject to moderation by our team
- Reporting mechanisms: Users can report inappropriate content or behavior via email at info@thinkbiz.gr
- Immediate action: Reported content is reviewed and, if found to violate this policy, removed immediately
- Account termination: Users found to be in violation of this policy are permanently banned from all ThinkBiz platforms

How to Report
If you encounter any content on ThinkBiz that may constitute CSAE, please report it immediately:
- Email: info@thinkbiz.gr
- In-app: Contact our team through the app’s support channels
What Happens When You Report
- The reported content is immediately flagged for review
- Our moderation team reviews the report within 24 hours
- If the content violates our policy, it is removed immediately and the user’s account is permanently suspended
- If the content constitutes illegal material, we report it to the appropriate authorities
Law Enforcement Cooperation
ThinkBiz fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities including:
- NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
- Hellenic Police — Cybercrime Division (Δίωξη Ηλεκτρονικού Εγκλήματος)
- Europol — European Cybercrime Centre (EC3)
- INHOPE — International Association of Internet Hotlines
We will preserve and provide user data, content, and relevant records to law enforcement upon valid legal request.
Data Handling
When illegal content is identified:
- The content is removed from our platform immediately
- Relevant metadata and evidence is preserved for law enforcement purposes
- The associated user account is permanently terminated
- All other content from the violating account is reviewed
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Significant changes will be communicated through our platform.
