Our VCS team supports private equity backed businesses and corporates who want to take an accelerated lens to performance improvement in delivering improvements to their cash & EBITDA position. We have a pragmatic approach helping businesses overcome challenges by supporting management (and shareholders, where appropriate) to drive sustainable operational change.
This could include drafting growth and improvement initiatives that translate into various types of business plans (strategic plan, turnaround plan, working capital / liquidity boost, transformation plans, business split) in which we assess upsides and risks from an independent perspective.
This is an opportunity to leverage your performance improvement and turnaround experience in a stimulating new environment. Our VCS practice is experiencing rapid growth and we now have multiple opportunities across the team to recruit high caliber delivery individuals with advanced business and financial modelling skills.
In a continuously evolving business environment where organisations need to make smart, quick and well-informed decisions based on quality analysis, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Private Equity and corporate clients in solving complex business problems and providing key insights into business drivers and scenario analysis presented elegantly to enhance stakeholder presentation.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Analyst / Consultant to join our dynamic Value Creation team. This role involves a blend of financial restructuring and operational enhancement strategies, demanding strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
Key responsibilities:
· Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to assess client business performance.
· Participate in the development and implementation of restructuring plans alongside strategies for performance improvement.
· Collaborate with senior consultants to manage client relationships and ensure the success of project deliverables.
· Identify and apply strategic solutions in conjunction with operational improvements for comprehensive client strategies.
· Prepare insightful reports and presentations for key stakeholders and clients.

· Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or other related disciplines
· MBA or Master’s Degree in any of the above fields
· ACA / ACCA/ CFA qualification (or equivalent) will be considered advantage.
· 0-2 years of experience in a corporate environment or consulting firm.
· Excellent numeracy skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to absorb and analyse large amounts of data quickly;
· Excellent report writing and presentation skills;
· Very strong analytical skills and problem solving mindset are essential
· Knowledge of Basic Accounting Concepts and Understanding of the accounting principles are essential
· Strong financial modelling skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek
· Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
